Saffron Walden County High School is an 11-18 comprehensive that serves the town of Saffron Walden and its surrounding villages.  It is committed to providing an education of exceptional quality for its local community.  It does so by delivering excellent examination results year on year, by producing drama and music performances in Saffron Hall, a professional performance space, and through achieving impressive sporting success.  We have a large, thriving sixth form, the quality of which is demonstrated by the fact that so many of our sixth form learners gain places at the most competitive universities and courses in the country.
